An update of your printer firmware is necessary.

  •   If you see it select it and click update.
  •   If your serial number is displayed and you are not able to select it, it means your firmware not need to be updated and press the cancel.
  • If the serial number is not displaying and your printer is running through WIFI, connect your printer to your pc with a USB cable and wait for 20 seconds before clicking update.
  •
  • Once the update is done click ok.

If you have connected via the USB cable for your wifi printer delete the USB driver that is installed with your windows.
